Sod turning for our new school.

The sod was turned on the new school at St. Brendan’s in a ceremony officiated at by Mr Eamon Gilmore T.D. on Friday, August 29th. The new school, which will be a state of the art educational and sports facility for the communities of South Dublin and North Wicklow, is being fully funded by the Department of Education and Skills. Sammon Contractors, who were awarded the construction contract, anticipate that the new school will be ready to move into in June 2015 with all landscaping and sports field works completed by October 2015.
